Running On E

The light went on as I started the uphill climb to my house.  I was tired, and the temptation was just to home and fill up for gas in the morning before going to work.  Good in theory, but I often leave the house around 6 am and the local gas station is not yet open, so I figure I can get into the office and fill up before my first client appointment.  I end up forgetting until I am on my way home at night and the warning bell chimes once again.  Now I can’t find a gas station close enough.  The car coasts in the station running on fumes.   Like gassing up my car, it is easy to put off prospecting until the tank is almost empty and then it is desperation time to try and find customers to refill the sales tank.  Don’t wait til you are on financial fumes.  Make sure every day you do some activity to fill your sales tank.
